4 ServingsWe hope grilling season isn’t over for you just yet! This simple (yet indulgent) recipe takes ripe peaches to a whole new level by grilling them to tasty perfection. The heat caramelizes their natural sugars and adds a subtle touch of smokiness, which beautifully contrasts with the sweetness of the fruit. The warm, tender grilled peaches are then paired with ricotta cheese and drizzled with honey, providing an extra layer of creaminess and golden sweetness. Don’t let the simplicity of this grilled peaches recipe fool you. With its uniquely sweet and smoky aroma and contrasting flavors, you just know that it’s going to be the talk of the party!
Ingredients
Method
Grilled Peaches with Honey Ricotta
Cut peaches in half and twist to separate. Remove and discard pit. Cut halves in two. Toss peaches gently with Wesson Canola Oil. Grill on high heat until slightly charred and softened (peaches can also be roasted in the oven at 450°F for 10 to 15 minutes until caramelized and softened).
In a small bowl, stir together ricotta cheese with 3 tbsp of the honey; spread onto a serving platter creating a bed for the peaches.
Assembly Method
Arrange grilled peaches on ricotta mixture, drizzle with remaining honey, and sprinkle with mint leaves and salt. Serve and enjoy!
