  • Ingredients

    Salmon Bites
    Cornstarch 1 tbsp.
    Paprika 1 tbsp.
    Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
    Onion powder 1/2 tsp.
    Dried oregano 1/2 tsp.
    Ground pepper 1/2 tsp.
    Kosher salt 1/2 tsp.
    Skinless salmon, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 12 oz.
    Wesson Canola Oil 2 tbsp.
    Hot Honey Sauce
    Mayonnaise 1/3 cup.
    Liquid honey 3 tbsp.
    Hot Sauce 2 tbsp.
    Grain Bowl
    Cooked brown rice 2 cups.
    Shelled edamame, cooked 1 cup.
    Avocado, peeled and sliced 1/2 each.
    Julienned carrots 1/2 cup.
    Sliced radishes 1/2 cup.
    Sliced red onions 1/2 cup.
    Chopped green onions 1/4 cup.

    Method

    Salmon Bites

    Pre-heat oven to 450°F.

    In a medium bowl, combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper and salt. Gently toss salmon cubes in Wesson Canola Oil and then in spice mix to coat. Arrange salmon cubes on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

    Hot Honey Sauce

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey and hot sauce.

    Assembly Method
    Equally divide rice between two shallow bowls. Divide salmon bites, edamame, avocado, carrots, radish, and red and green between the bowls. Drizzle with hot honey sauce and serve your very own Hot Honey Salmon Grain Bowl.
