    Popcorn
    Popcorn Kernels 1/2 cup.
    Wesson Canola Oil 3 tbsp.
    Loaded Baked Potato Topping
    Cheddar Cheese, grated 1 1/2 cups.
    Green Onions, sliced 1/4 cup.
    Bacon, cooked, chopped 1/4 cup.
    Jalapeño Peppers, diced 2 tbsp.
    Black Pepper, ground 1/4 tsp.

    Method

    Popcorn

    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

    Pour corn kernels and Wesson Canola Oil into a 4-6qt saucepan with a lid.

    Cover the pan with the lid and place it over medium heat.

    Shake the pan frequently while heating.

    When popping slows remove the pan from heat and dump popcorn into a large bowl.

    Assembly Method
    Spread popped popcorn on a parchment lined sheet pan. Top the popcorn with cheese, green onions, bacon, jalapeño, and a few cracks of fresh ground pepper. Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
