Method
Cumin Lime Quick Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cumin, salt and chili flakes. Stir in cheese, onions and lime zest.
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, buttermilk and Wesson Canola Oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Assembly Method
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto a rack to cool completely.
Serve with your favorite sliced meats and cheeses.
