Ultimate Turkey Sandwich

    Wesson Basics Bread
    Flour, all purpose 2 1/2 cups.
    Yeast, instant 2 tsp.
    Salt, table 1 tsp.
    Sugar, white 1 tbsp.
    Wesson Canola Oil 3 tbsp.
    Water, warm 1 cup.

    Wesson Basics Bread 10 inch round loaf.
    Wesson Plant Butter 4 tbsp.
    Sweet Potato Casserole 1 cup.
    Stuffing 1 1/2 cup.
    Cooked turkey, sliced or shredded 2 cups.
    Green beans, cooked 1 cup.
    Cranberry sauce or jelly 1/2 cup.
    Wesson Basics Mayonnaise 1/4 cup.

    Assembly Method
    Slice the 10" round bread loaf of French loaf horizontally. Spread Wesson Plant Butter on both the top and bottom of the loaf. Build up the sandwich by spreading sweet potato, then stuffing, turkey, and then the green beans. In a small bowl combine the cranberry jelly and mayonnaise, spread onto the top sandwich. Close the sandwich, wrap in tin foil, and bake in a 350F oven for 30-40 minutes until hot throughout. Remove the sandwich from the oven and slice into wedges.
