  • Ingredients

    Ranch Dip
    Wesson Classic Mayonnaise 1 batch (recipe link below).
    Milk, 3% 2 tbsp.
    Dill, finely chopped 2 tbsp.
    Onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp.
    Chives, chopped 1 tbsp.
    Garlic, minced 1 clove.
    Salt 1/2 tsp.
    Pepper 1/2 tsp.
    Fried Pickles
    Garlic Dill Pickles 6 large.
    All-Purpose Flour 1 cup.
    Tajin 1 tsp.
    Onion Powder 1 tsp.
    Dried Oregano 1 tsp.
    Eggs, lightly beaten 3 .
    Panko Breadcrumbs 3 cups.
    Wesson Canola Oil (for frying) 8 cups.

    Method

    Ranch Dip

    To make dip in a large bowl, stir together Wesson Classic Mayonnaise and remaining dip ingredients.Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.

    Fried Pickles

    Preheat oil to 360°F.

    Drain pickles and cut into 4 to 6 spears lengthwise.

    In a bowl, whisk together, flour, Tajin, onion powder and oregano. Set up breading station by placing eggs in a shallow wide mouth bowl, add breadcrumbs to a 3rd bowl.

    Toss pickle spears one at a time in flour mixture, then egg, and then in breadcrumbs making sure to fully coat. Repeat until all the spears are breaded.

    Assembly Method
    Fry pickles in oil until golden brown 1 to 2 minutes and serve warm with ranch dip.
